每年夏天,来自世界各地的中外作曲大师和青年作曲家们相聚北京。通过作曲个别课、研讨课、专题讲座、中外器乐工作坊、新作品排练及音乐会等一系列活动,交流创作思想、探索创造性的作曲观念与方法,在开阔年轻作曲家国际视野的同时,北京国际作曲大师班为他们提供展示才华的舞台。
2015年北京国际作曲大师班A组学员的八部新作品,将由法国当代室内乐团与北京现代室内乐团共同演奏。每部新作品将举行公开排练课,并由所有大师班教授和指挥进行点评和辅导。

学员类别
2015北京国际作曲大师班不限国籍与年龄,面向国内外各音乐院校作曲专业教师与学生,择优录取。招收学员组别与学员权益如下:
A组学员8名 (学费:人民币¥5,000元)
- 除作曲小组课以外的所有课程;
- 按规定编制创作一首新室内乐作品,并参加大师班期间该作品所有排练。2015北京国际作曲大师班评审委员会将在这8首作品中选出:最佳作品奖一名,优秀作品奖两名。最佳作品奖将获得大师班颁发的奖状及奖金人民币¥5,000元。优秀作品奖将获得大师班颁发的奖状。作曲大师班结束之际宣布获奖结果并颁发奖项。
B组学员25名 (学费:人民币¥3,500元)
- 参加2015北京国际作曲大师班作曲个别课、作曲小组课;
- 学术讲座、新作品公开排练及点评、作曲研讨课;出席所有音乐会。
C组学员120名 (学费:人民币¥2,000元)
- 旁听2015北京国际作曲大师班学术讲座、作曲小组课、新作品公开排练及点评、作曲研讨课;出席所有音乐会。

申请A组学员须提供的附加报名材料:
1,请从下列提供的乐器中,选择5-9人的中西乐器室内乐组合(其中必须包括一件中国乐器),并完成一部总长约10分钟以内的新作品。请注意:每件乐器限一位演奏家。
可选乐器如下:
西洋乐器:长笛(兼短笛)、单簧管、小提琴、中提琴、大提琴、钢琴、打击乐(一位演奏家,可选乐器:颤音琴、盒梆子、京锣、钟琴、三角铁、小鼓、2只邦戈鼓、吊镲、铙钹、碰铃);中国乐器:琵琶、古筝、笛子、二胡(兼中胡)、笙。
2,提供1首近年创作的室内乐作品乐谱(PDF格式)及该作品音响(mp3格式或CD文件)
l 以上材料须在北京时间2015年6月22日18时前寄达(收到申请材料日)。
l 8位入选A组学员名单将在2015年6月26日在香港内部正版资料大全网页上公布(http:/ ),组委会同时将通过电子邮件方式通知入选A组学员本人。
l 新作品交稿时间: 北京时间2015年6月22日18时前(收到作品日)。请提交总谱(A4或letter size大小、打印并装订、含乐曲简介)及分谱(无需装订)各1份,并通过电子邮件方式提交总、分谱,PDF文件)
申请B 组与C组学员只需提供基本报名材料,报名截止日期:北京时间2015年6月26日18时前(收到申请材料日)。
参加个别课与小组课的所有学员,需提前准备好作品电子版乐谱(PDF格式)与纸质乐谱一份,并尽可能提供作品录音(CD或MP3格式),用于课堂使用。

The innovative international composition workshop in China
July18-26, 2015 Beijing China
The Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing will host the 2015 Beijing International Composition Workshop. The 10-day workshop will be held in Beijing, July 18-26, 2015 as the fifth annual workshop that gathers excellent faculty and promising composers from all over the world. During the intensive 9-day programs, the fellow composers and faculty will meet in individual lessons, composition seminars, faculty lectures, conducting class and rehearsals, as well as two culminating concerts, to present their works, exchange ideas, and explore creative notions and means. In addition, as a special component, Chinese cultural and musical heritage will be presented in lectures and panel discussions, on the topics of Chinese traditional instruments, Chinese folk music, as well as Chinese contemporary musical tendency.
Eight new pieces composed by eight composers Category A will be jointly performed by French L'Ensemble NODUS and Beijing Modern Chamber Ensemble. Each piece will be held the open rehearsals, and will be evaluated and guided by all BICW professors and conductor.

Three categories of composers will be selected regardless of age and nationalities including:
a) Eight [8] composers Category A
l Tuition: RMB ¥5,000yuan (USD$850)
l Attend 2015 BICW all activities except composition group meetings
l Eight presentations by the composers Category A
l Selected as composers Category A are asked to compose a new chamber work and are required to attend all rehearsals and could slightly revise the new works during rehearsal sessions if necessary.
l BICW New Music Award:
l The jury will select the winning works after the premiere of the new works by the 8 composers Category A, and give announcements of the following awards:
One First Prize (award: RMB 5,000 yuan)
Two Honorable Mentions (award: Certificate of Merit)
b) Twenty Five [25] composers Category B
l Tuition: RMB¥3,500yuan (USD$550)
l Attend 2015 BICW all activities except composing, rehearsing, and premiering the new works, and presentations: individual lessons, group meetings, lectures, concerts, and sit in presentations and open rehearsals
c) One hundred and twenty [120] auditors Category C.
l Tuition: RMB¥2,000yuan (USD$350)
l Audit 2015 BICW all activities except individual lessons
Tuition fees must be paid in full before workshop starts on July 18, 2015. Tuition does not include accommodations. Composers Category A, composers Category B, and auditors Category C will need to pay accommodations by themselves. BICW will recommend hotels and restaurants as reference.
